today has dawned drizzling and rainy, the first cold day weve had, its rather freezing outside, so we are all tucked up inside, eating our picnics that we were supposed to have outside, in our rooms and around the chateau. no one seems to mind too much, as everyone is grateful for a recovery day after all of the drinking [man these guys drink like fish!] and also rest our legs after all of the walking around paris. we have barcelona coming up next, so im really glad for the break, and it also gave me a chance to colour correct all of my photos this morning to put on my blog and back them all up.
i spent the afternoon getting photos ready for the blog and snoozing. a few of the others went on the scenic walk up to the ruins and the look out aka ‘the top of the world’, and a few people sat outside in the loungers in their sleeping bags enjoying the view

after dinner a bunch of us decided we would do the walk too so we wrapped up warm, the wind is so icy cold, its 8 degrees outside! i was put in charge of reading the map [again!] even though there were 6 guys around me! the walk was fun and i took lots of neat pics so check them out, i would not be opposed to coming back here to shoot a wedding or some portraits, thats for sure!
