WEEK 15 - RICHMOND, VIRGINIA TO TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA - thursday 5 and friday 6 august 2010

Saturday, August 28, 2010 | |

today we left Richmond, and headed down to Charleston, 600km away. we spent most of the day driving,
and finally got to our hostel called Notso Hostel at 5pm. they have a cat there called Leo who loves to suckle on your fingers, its soooooo weird! joseph has a video of it if you want to see it. such a weird experience, but he was such a lovely cat.
we checked into our room, and met a neat couple from australia, and also another couple from america. we ended up spending the evening with them, we went out for dinner and ate way too much [again!], i had a potato pizza pie, yum! we went to a bar on the way home for a drink, and then sat outside chatting for a while and enjoying the warm summer night.
the next morning we left and headed for Titusville, Florida to stay with our couch surfing host Jason, who is really nice!
lots of scenery to enjoy along the way....

we drove 700km to his house, and then went out for dinner to Durango, this really yummy steak house, its soooo good, had that most tender steak sandwich ever! YUM! we stayed up late chatting about random crap, and poor joseph fell asleep, exhausted after two days of long driving.
