WEEK 15 - RICHMOND, VIRGINIA - tuesday 3 august 2010

poor joseph woke up with mild food poisoning this morning, so he wasn’t very well. we would’ve flagged going to the theme park, but i bought one day only tickets for today for kings dominion. so in the afternoon we headed out to the park and just went on the rollercoasters for a few hours. we went on the new ride called the intimidator 305, which takes you 305 metres up into the air and drops you straight down so fast, your vision half blacks out for a few seconds at the bottom! so cool!
at the end we went up the mini eiffel tower that was there and took photos of the park :) i wish i was still a kid so i could play on the little roadway they have, it looks so fun!

on wednesday we just bummed around and did nothing, and it was great! we tried to go to the movies to see Salt, but drove out to the cinemas, only to discover it had shut down due to the recession.
we spent the evening watching hilarious american tv, soooo funny! joseph loves tru tv.
