WEEK 16 - TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA - sunday 8 august 2010

we awoke to another rainy day in titusville, but not to worry. we are meeting jasons parents at 12noon for lunch at a place called Dogs R Us [not a pet shop] that do really good chicken wings. his parets and their friends are heading to Christchurch next february to do a motorbike roadtrip of the south island, and were excited to meet us to get an inside scoop on what to see and do in new zealand.

in the afternoon we went to the mall and had a look around in Sears, very exciting, its like a giant Farmers store, and i entered jason into a competition to win $250,000 worth of Sears points, so it would be hilarious if our video won! [we had to do a 45 second video on why we should win the prize or who we were donating the rest of the prize money to].

we went and saw the movie The Other Guys, oh my goodness, as they say in america, ‘it’s such a dive’. its not funny, AT ALL. dont waste your hard earned pennies on this one people. i love will farrrell movies, but the online chemistry between him and mark wahlberg, as far as funniness goes, is not there. its so awkward and forced, i felt sorry for will farrell, his funny spark was only a flicker, with no one to bounce it off properly. :(

in the evening we hung out with jason and his girlfriend liz, and chatted and watch tv which was nice and relaxing, they have a cute little dog named Dolly, who liz has taught to do little tricks, and shes soooo cute!
