monday 31 may 2010 - munich to switzerland via leichtenstein

today we headed off to beautiful switzerland [yaaaaay!]
we stopped in the small country Leichtenstein, which is small and cute, and we had the best lunch ever! it was raining, so we didnt walk around much, just enjoyed eating. i had teh best potato soup of my life, YUM!
zsofi even got us yummy chocolates to eat on the bus! yum!

 we also stopped in Luzern on the way for a look around, its so pretty! We looked in teh shops at pretty watches and swiss army knives, and admired the scenery and stopped for the most expensive starbucks of my life! but it was yum, so who cares?! when in luzern....

on the way to camp, we stopped at a lookout point, so we could take pictures that would 'make everyone at home jealous', so get your green eyes ready....

we finally arrived at camp. garry a guy on our tour has a brother who works at the switzerland camp base, so we all ran in and picked him up when we arrived, it was so funny!

zsofi warned us that the altitude does funny things and to not drink too much, but to no avail, and joseph and i had decided not to drink and just go to the bar early and chat, and we left the bar when it got too crowded and loud at about 10.30pm. but at 11pm we were entertained in our part of the camp grounds until 3am, with drunken crazy activities by various people from the group, needless to say it was an entertaining night, and i was glad i stayed back to watch it all. joseph was like, go to bed lauren, and i was like nope, im staying up to watch this first hand. no second hand twisted up stories for me! ah it was so funny anyway!
